Additional Information About Rental Rates:
No Smoking, No Pets, No unchaperoned Beach Week rentals. The person signing the lease must remain in residence for the duration of the rental. Rates are PLUS 6% tax and a refundable security deposit of $500. Rentals of fewer than 7 nights incur a $125 cleaning fee. Tenant is responsible for cleaning the grill, if used, or risk forfeiting security deposit. Summer rentals include 2 beach parking passes. Failure to return passes to the house notebook at the end of the stay risk forfeiture of the security deposit. Tenant is responsible for removing all trash and leftover food from the premises upon departure. Tenant may not move furniture, TV's, etc, from their locations without risking forfeiture of the security deposit.
