Bring your Family and Friends to house that has all the comforts of home. This beautiful home is ready for your crew to enjoy a carefree vacation. The first floor has an open floor plan with a large living room with a stone faced gas fireplace, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD, and Surround Sound System for your intense movie viewers. Feel free to bring your game boxes and hook up for a rainy day if you would like. The living room has a queen pullout couch for extra guests, and a pop up table for some extra dining spots. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: front room with bunk beds, loaded toy box, kids book and games, whimsical décor, and ocean views, the second bedroom has a queen bed, bench window seat, bookcase with reading materials, local history books, and ocean views, third bedroom with a queen bed, and a vast magazine library in the built-in bookcase. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to create. It is fully stocked with cooking and baking pots, pans, and equipment to make your meal turn out fantastic. The Island kitchen bar seats 16 with plenty of food storage space underneath, along with a double cabinet for food next to stove. The Oven is Gas with a five burner stove with the large griddle burner in the middle. The 36 inch triple door fridge is nice with plenty of room for your groceries, and snacks. There is an extra mini fridge for beer and wine to take some of the strain off the main fridge during cocktail hours. The wine rack has plenty of room to store your wine and special liquors. We have: coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, full size microwave, bread machine, ice cream maker, ice maker, and service for 16+. We have fancy glassware for cocktail hour, fancy platters and bowls for entertaining, and a utility sink in the laundry room for extra area if needed to set up a bar, or prep work for meals. The laundry room has extra shelves for pantry food or storage of all kinds, a stackable washer/dryer, brochures for the areas things to do, and cleaning equipment.
Moving up to the second floor, enjoy the amazing views of the ocean and bay from the “Celestial Décor” living room. The room is huge with plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper couch, full size futon for another sleep spot, and a bean bag couch that can double as a bed or an island to park a herd of little kids on. They love the bean bag couch! The 60 inch big screen TV is ready for your games and movies. This is a great room to excuse the kids to when you need some peace downstairs. There is an empty bookcase for you to pack your gear in or game box toys. We have a movie library with movies rated G to R, and some play station games, if you bring your box. In many of the rooms there is games, books, puzzles and things to keep you occupied for hours if you get a rainy day. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, table for work, games, or puzzles, and if you need a family bedroom just trade the table out to the living room and slide the lightweight futon in for a party of 4, or 5 if you need the beanbag couch. The fifth room has a queen bed, and is closest to the bathroom if that rates with someone ;) the second floor bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub enclosure for extra privacy. The backyard is perfect for feeding the crowd on a nice night. The gas grill is ready for your creations. There are 2 tables that seat 16 with extra chairs if needed, along with a huge L shaped bench area. There is a clothesline, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and Umbrellas for your use the outside shower is for your use, with a bench inside, and foot hose. You will have 5-6 parking spots depending on car size in front of house and up the alleyway.
Saving the best for the last, up the back steps you find the amazing fourth floor rooftop deck with a 5-6 person Hot Tub, dining table that seats 10, extra stacking chairs, and outdoor living room set that can seat up to 12 people. Up here you get a panoramic view of LBI and the mainland. You can see: the bridge, the lighthouse blink, Fantasy Islands Ferris Wheel, and some of the main Atlantic city Skyscrapers lighting up the sky. This is a night skyline to see. If you have a child napping bring up a book and still see the gang on the beach, take a dip in the hot tub, or take a nap yourself on the couches while waiting.
Back of second floor and third floor is the owner lock out. We live her year round and run various retreats in the off season if you are interested. Many tenants love the fact they can get the inside line to activities and discounts by us updating them when we get a lead. I have 2 teen daughters that is not working may be able to give you hand with the little ones if you need a break. We have the far right 2 parking spots in front of house. We share the foot hose, but have our own shower upstairs.
