Our Cozy, one-bedroom, completely furnished Cocoa Beach Vacation Rentals located just a short walk to the beach, is the perfect platform to help you achieve such a great and relaxing vacation.
These Condos include a completely-new kitchen and tile floors .The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and spacing walking closet. In the living-room there is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. The condominium has a general use coin laundry facility on site. $50 cancellation fee. All reservations that are not paid in full within fifteen (15) days of the check-in
date will be canceled and all advance payments will be forfeited. Cancellations or early departures
