A great home in a great location. Chosen with the golfer in mind, but this property offers so much more for anyone visiting the Coachella Valley.
ROOM TO RELAX – This home offers over 2,200 sq. ft. of comfort and convenience. Three full bedrooms will accommodate a golf foursome, each in their own bed. The very large master suite on the second floor has a King bed, a private balcony looking down the 15th fairway and large walk-in closet. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a corner tub and separate tiled shower.
The second bedroom on the upper level has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower-tub combo.
The second floor also features a large loft area that overlooks the living room. It has access to a balcony at the front of the house and a large format projection TV with leather sectional sofa.
The third bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed and easy access to the main floor bathroom which includes a large tiled shower. The bedroom configuration provides privacy and convenience for two adult couples but also works great for a family group. For golf foursomes, everyone gets their own bed!
Lots of space in the open-design kitchen, dining room and living room and a French door leads out to the large patio area at the back of the house. The patio has a gorgeous view of the 15th green of Desert Falls Golf Course, but well back from the green so stray golf balls and player conversation are not an issue. The patio and kitchen face east to catch the morning sun but some late afternoon shade.
LOCATION - Three more reasons we chose this condo are location, location, location. The beautiful views of the green, fairway and snow-capped mountains in the distance are worth the rental price alone. But this house also offers TWO swimming pools within very close proximity. Choose your favourite depending on your whim.

Desert Falls Country Club is an upscale gated community with a great location in the Coachella Valley. Basically at the center of the valley, access to old Palm Springs, the airport and the outlet stores at Cabazon are an easy drive in one direction while the same distance the other way gets you to Indian Wells, La Quinta, the PGA West courses and the Salton Sea Recreation area. Just a few minutes out your gate and you are at El Paseo, the “Rodeo Drive of the Valley”, and the shopping and restaurants of The River. For the golfer, the condo is at the center of a valley with approximately 100 golf courses.
A fair question is why you would be interested in 100 other courses when you are situated in the middle of such a great course as Desert Falls. We selected the Desert Falls community over many others because the course is semi-private which means our occasional visitors and renting guests can golf their “home” course. Many of the country club communities in the valley are centered on private courses which, while beautiful, are inaccessible to the short term visiting golfer.
