The house is nearly new - Built "Green" in 2006 - located 600' from the street, in a safe area, surrounded with over 300 acres of Woods. Every season has its own beauty - Spring flowers, Summer - more flowers, and sleeping with the windows open, Colorful Fall foliage, Winter snow and 30 mile views of the countryside and small towns.
The rooms are spacious - over 3000 sq. ft. total, plus the wonderful,LARGE screened porch and deck.
Jump in the pool when the weather turns hot, and toast marshmallows on the campfire in the evening.

For up to 8 people, $2500./week OR nightly rates: Thur., Fri., Sat., Sun. $450./each. Mon., Tues., Wed., $400./each. additional adults each $50./night or $250./wk. Additional Children under age 12 yrs.(or pet)$10./nite or $50./week. We will provide the ingredients for your 1st breakfast here. $250. refundable security/damages deposit required. We accept most credit cards thru PayPal,and offer a 3% discount when paid by check Plus 7.1% sales/room tax.
