Aires de Encanto is a 3 Bedroom (one up, two down - separate suites) 3.5 bath villa on a walled/gated 3/4 acre!! The breathtaking views from everywhere in the house and patios are directly out to the ocean - whales jumping and splashing, (from November through April), over a peaceful arroyo with wildlife everywhere - tons of different types of birds, rabbits, foxes, you name it.
This is a fabulous emerging neighborhood just north of downtown 2 miles. The internationally diverse neighbors give the area a special flair. The house furnishings are top notch, every room done with class - the original art will delight you! There is an outdoor cooking patio with fireplace and a custom built ping pong table. The most comfortable outdoor furnishings you will ever find, who needs more than a margarita and a good book, or an 'Encanto', our house drink which is white rum, lime, splash of midori and some tropical style juice.
