Very private, the estate offers magnificent views of the ocean with the West Maui mountains in the background. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services, shopping and restaurants. White sandy beach. Frequent rainbows.

50% of the payment is due on booking.
50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit.
Departure
Simply leave the keys on the counter and head for the airport. A professional cleaning team will be in the property immediately after. Typically within one week of departure, your security deposit is mailed back to you or paid back in the manner agreed. If we cannot verify long distance phone bills, a short delay is possible.
Additional rental policies
Excessive laundry will be charged to clients. There is a 200 $ cleaning fee for rentals less than a week.

Close proximity to the charming town of Paia, an old sugar cane plantation town that has preserved its wooden buildings. Paia has a variety of shops and restaurants for all tastes and offers a very different feel from the hotel bordered Lahaina and condo bordered Kihei. On the north shore, people seem oblivious to tourism and the pace is slow. Only minutes away is Hookipa Beach Park, windsurfing capital of the world. In winter, monster surf rolls into the North Shore. Kahului to the west has a Costco where you can buy delicious fish.
Maui is not at a loss for activities. Windsurf or kitesurf directly from the beach. Go biking, take a helicopter ride, hike in the volcano, go whale watching, survive the road to Hanna and many others.
