Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Payment and cancelation policies
In order to reserve a villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during the peak season of December 19th through Jan 3rd).
There will not be a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of arrival (21 days during peak Season)
At Check in, a damage deposit (Credit Card blank voucher) will be required, which will be refunded within 7 days after check out, provided that there are no damages to the rental unit.
