Description of the Destin vacation Condo Rental 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 10 Sleeps

Our west-side over 1600 sq. ft. condominium has breathtaking views of the beach , the Gulf shoreline and the bay from every room. Spectacular sunsets. Few properties offer views like this.

Elegant, recently furnished, remodeled kitchen with updated appliances. It can be rented as a one, two or three bedrooms unit. There are three baths, (two master bedrooms in the three bedrooms unit) living room, dining room, full eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, two large balconies, unique floor plan with views from every room.

All rooms, except the second master, open onto a 28 foot balcony. The second master opens onto its own private 14 foot balcony. 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors in every room. Quality balcony furniture, tables and chairs for out-door dining and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing.

Large, luxurious master suite with king bed, second master with two queen beds, third bedroom with king bed. Great for two families traveling together. Second master locks off as hotel unit with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes.

  • 495-2250/Week
  • Add 11.5% to rates for Florida state taxes. This condo can be rented as a one, two, or three bedroom condo. Cleaning fees: 3 bedroom $110, 2 bedroom $90, 1 bedroom studio $45. There is a $250 security deposit on the two or three bedroom condo and $150 on the one bedroom studio. It is refundable if condo has no damage..
    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
