- Rates are per apartment per day, for a MAX of people occupancy as stated under each apartment number.
- Final cleaning fees € 50 (the amount does not include the final cleaning of the kitchen € 25 surcharge for failure to clean).
- Extra cleaning service upon request € 100
- Extra bed upon request € 100/week
- Small Pets are allowed upon authorization.
- Garage (upon request): € 70 per car per week.

DEPOSITS: 
A deposit equal to 30% is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Final Balance due must be received by 7 days prior to arrival. If your deposit is not received, your reservation is subject to automatic cancellation. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Credit card number is required at the time of reservation. Renter agrees that the credit card number provided at the time of reservation can be charged up to the sum of € 150 in the event of damage or misuse occurring. After your departure the accommodation is inspected. Provided the accommodation is left in a reasonable condition and no items are missing or damaged, then your credit card will not be charged i.e. a broken dish or glass is acceptable and is part of the normal every day usage. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed. In the event it is found the accommodation incurred careless damage, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited. 

CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellation notice 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: No Penalty. Deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation notice 44/30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 30% of whole amount.
- Cancellation notice 29/15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 70% of whole amount.
- Cancellation notice 14 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date: Penalty 100% of whole amount.
- NO refund for Early departures or late arrivals.
