SummerWinds of Hyannis consists of six high quality homes in Hyannis on Cape Cod. The large open floor plan, full covered front porch, and back deck makes Daisy Hill the ideal home for family and group gatherings. 40 Daisy Hill, is located in the harbor area of Hyannis. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch you see the ferries leaving for the islands. Daisy Hill has three floors with wall to wall carpeting and tile floors throughout. The first floor has a gourmet kitchen with electronic skylights, living room with 12k btu a/c, dining room with 5k btu a/c, and full bath with washer and dryer. The second floor has four bedrooms and one full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 5k btu a/c's. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. The lower level guest suite was totally renovated in 2009. It has two bedrooms, a reading area with sleep sofa and 5k btu a/c, small room with table chairs and games and full bath. Daisy Hill is footsteps to the Ocean Street Boat Docks at the Hyannis Harbor, and a very short walk (1/8th mile) to Veterans and Kalmus beaches and Main Street. The harbor features deep sea fishing boats, sail boat cruises, Pirate Ship (for young children), Dixie Land and Jazz Cruises, and numerous restaurants. The Duck Mobile, which is a favorite of adults and children alike, can be boarded on Main Street, and enters the harbor near Daisy Hill Road.
