This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom townhome includes a fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during winter). Each bedroom has its own color scheme and unique personality. Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a comfortable day bed. (If additional privacy is desired, the bottom mattress can be placed in the office to improvise a FOURTH bedroom). There is also a new, queen-size air mattress. All rooms have a door lock. Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed upstairs ceiling, a romantic fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fantastic view from the large, elevated, redwood deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace.*

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Weekly rates are based on 7 days/6 nights. Simply prorate fewer or additional nights. Please note that, as posted, there is a consecutive 4 NIGHT MINIMUM {6 NIGHT MINIMUM if Christmas night is included} or a 25% SURCHARGE shall apply. Our Big Sky, Montana property, at the North end of Yellowstone, has only a 2 night minimum. Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends. Deduct 50% for reservations of 30 nights or more.
Holiday Premiums: Please add $25 to EACH night if your reservation includes the night of a national holiday. Please add $30 to EACH night if your reservation includes the night of MLK Day, President's Day,
