It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees (Papaya, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Halyconia, etc.) are abundant on the grounds. The house is furnished with comfort in mind and well suited for large groups and families. Furnishings include multiple TVs, DVD, Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, a Gas Barbecue Grill, and a Ping Pong Table in the garage. 

The private, NEW large 40 ft.+ pool & surrounding area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor dining & entertaining, and great for the kids when not at the beach to keep them entertained. 
Beach items such as chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are also available in the garage.

Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals over 10 years ago, it was our full-time family residence, therefore, it is fully furnished.

Due to the 1-story set up it is user-friendly for Seniors. It is also comfortable for those in wheelchairs due to the large Master Bath entrance and easy in/out feature of the shower.

Chateau Relaxo II is a charming 2 story, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath house with a Game room including a poker table. It has been recently refurbished, relandscaped, and a new Jacuzzi & lanai. It is delightfully decorated in the Kauai style with all the usual conveniences - NEW TVs, DVD, Stereo/Tape/CD player, Full Kitchen & Microwave, and laundry facilities. There is a King Size bed in BR #1, a Queen Size bed in BR #2 and single twin beds bedrooms #3 & 4, and a futon couch in the living room. There is a NEW large lanai (deck/porch) with a charcoal grill for dining outside.
