No vehicle needed. Relax in the atrium hot tub open to sky (available all year round-most hot tubs are closed during summer and fall). The free shuttle bus-stops are in high frequency zone-often just outside your condo. Take it to go to the Historical Downtown for dinner and night life. No need for a car; don't hassle about parking downtown or near lifts. Free bus shuttle also takes you to Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Canyons. This condo is on the 2nd floor. You don't want to be on 1st floor for it is half way underground and if there is snow, you can not see out. And in the summer it's dull. This is the only unit in Empire Coalition with King Bed.
Condo is centrally located for Sundance Film Festival Events and on shuttle route. Don't hassle driving and trying to find parking (often at a fee).
