Additional Information About Rental Rates:
A refundable security-deposit -in cash- of $750 is applicable.
Upon signing the (concept) rental agreement we look forward to receiving 25% of the total bookingfee.
The remainder of your bookingfee has to be paid no later than 30 days, prior to arrival.
No refunds - we do, however, offer an alternative vacation-period if you book no later than 1 week after your cancellation. Also, we offer compensation of 80% of bookingfee, if you come here (for example) summer season instead of winter.
