As you walk into the foyer of this one bedroom residence, you are warmly welcomed by a custom, brass “Tree of Life” wall-divider, offering a more spacious entrance. When you continue into the kitchen/living area, you are sure to be floored by all of the state-of-the-art appliances, furniture and décor inside. We have recently installed dark oak wood floors throughout most of the residence. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with a custom German stove, Subzero refrigerator, Subzero 60-bottle wine cooler, Miele dishwasher, General Electric microwave, espresso machine and basic kitchen utensils. The kitchen counter is made of a rare onyx material, which is complimented by brass-infused, marble floors and custom-lit, touch-activated cupboards. In the living room, you have choice to watch your 40 in HD television or take a look outside your custom-installed, wall-to-wall window (adorned with imported Italian shades) to offer one of the city’s very best views of Central Park.
