Located across the street from Lake Koshkonong which is the 3rd largest lake in Wisconsin with over 10,000 acres.
Our private 15 foot wide water frontage is just a short walk away from our cozy 2BR, .75 bath (shower, but no tub) cottage and is located in a serene setting near the Buckhorn Supper Club, in scenic Charlie Bluffs. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the wildlife from the nearby wetlands throughout the seasons.
Enjoy great fishing year long. We are located on snowmobile trails along with the 3rd largest lake in Wisconsin for snowmobiling and ice fishing fun during the winter months and fishing and boating during the warmer months. This home is equipped with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. A friendly neighborhood tavern is located within walking distance to help you relax after a day of activities. Good fishing with easy access to the lake at Dahlman's landing. Close to many golf courses and antique shops.

No Smoking and must be at least 25. Housebroken pets allowed for an additional $50 fee and $300 security deposit.
5th person allowed on LR couch or bring an air mattress.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Rental fees: Are to be received no later than 14 days before arrival date in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, Intuit Account or PayPal. A credit card can be used via PayPal. Failure to do so could result in the loss of your reservation.
Security/Damage Deposit:A refundable security deposit check of $150.00 needs to be received within seven days of the reservations.
The deposit will be returned one week after departure providing there has been no damage to the cottage or its contents and an eviction has not taken place.
Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the unit. In the event of an eviction, rent and deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policies:Full refund of the deposit for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival. 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 7 to 14 days before arrival.
No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 1 week before arrival. Full refund of deposit will be given if the owner is able to reserve another guest for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts.
Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation.
Restrictions: Young singles under the age of 25 (unless married) unaccompanied by a parent who falsify information regarding their age will not be permitted to stay in the cottage and will forfeit rent and deposit.
An accompanying parent must remain with young single for the entire reservation period or lose rent and deposit as well.
The cottage is NON-Smoking though an ashtray is provided for outdoor use. Recommended number of guests in the cottage is 4, though a 5th person may sleep on the couch if desired.
If the police need to come to the cottage due to reports of loud noises, etc., an immediate eviction can be the result with no refund of rent or deposit.
Causing any damage by you or your guest, for any reason, will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.
Pets are allowed at an extra cost and larger security deposit. Pets MUST be housebroken.
We the owners of the cottage assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of a guest’s personal property.

There is an older narrow 14" aluminum boat with oars for your use, but no motor. It can handle a 9hp if you plan on bringing your own motor. We use a 6hp on it.
Our cottage is on a point well, so be aware that the water will have a sulphur smell at times because of a high iron content. We do supply bottled water for your drinking, though the water is safe to drink. FREE UNLIMITED PHONE SERVICE AND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
