We are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island, Florida. We are in the village of Bradenton Beach, just a mile North of Longboat Key, and close to all that Sarasota and Bradenton have to offer. Club Bamboo South overlook our white sandy beach and heated pool. Each room has a king size bed, full kitchenette, personal beach front balcony, and will accommodate between 1-4 guests.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
All rates are plus tax of 11.5% and exit clean fee.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY: We will make sure that you know how to get into the property that you have rented. For this service call one week in advance to 941-778-7800 or E-mail angelsvacationrentals@gmail.com directions will be provided to you at that time
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any inappropriate use of the pool will result in additional fees beyond those noted on your confirmation. Owner is not responsible for miss use of pool (this is regulated by Pool Company and should not be adjusted)/ some properties (homes) charge extra for pool heating. No more than 4 guest allowed in Club Bamboo South ConTels. No alcohol drinking on the beach, observe quite times after 10pm. NO PETS @Club Bamboo South

DEPOSITE GUARENTEE: All reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit (minimum of 200.00) receipt of your deposit indicates acceptance of this reservation confirmation agreement and all the terms and conditions contained within
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If paying by checks full payments are due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made for late arrival or early departure
CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% deposit is non-refundable. No refunds if 30 days or less. If cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival you will receive 50% of your deposit refunded. Re-book option will be available. If cancellation is 60 days or more prior to arrival there will be a fee of $75.00 deducted from deposit before refunded
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. (Early check-in if vacant day before call to check
DAMAGES FEES: Any damages should be reported to property mgr. at 941-778-7800 you will be notified if there is a repair fee or not. Owner is not responsible for guest or friends of guest for careless behavior and causing injury to one’s self during stay. NO DIVING OFF DOCK, NO DIVING IN POOL, NO RUNNING ON POOL DECK, (feet should be dry wen entering tile floor in home to prevent slipping). Where pools are furnished
GUEST VALUABLES: Management or Owner is not responsible for the loss of valuables
PROPERTY RULES: Guest agrees to follow all posted notices from Owner on premises, including but not limited to, use of boat dock, outdoor pool, furniture, heating/cooling limitations, etc.
SUBSITUTION: If something happens beyond our control (i.e. fire or hurricane) we will try to find you a substitute location for your stay. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these instances
If the Owner decides to occupy unit we will find you something comparable to place you in
