There is a $40 damage waiver for 4 or more nights. $20 for 3 or 2 night stays. One night deposit outside of 21 days of arrival. Full payment due 21 days prior with signed rental agreement. There is no check in required and you have the convenience of going directly to the home on the day of your arrival.
