Our beautiful split-level, lakefront, townhouse is located on the renowned
Our spacious (nearly 1400 square feet) two bedroom, two bath, townhouse has a open floor plan, with 10 foot ceilings for that light and airy feeling. It has just been updated with new flooring (ceramic tile/carpet), fresh paint and new furniture within the last two years.
The ample master bedroom Suite (12 by 16 feet) with its lakefront terrace, has a king-size bed, TV, VCR/DVD, walk-in closet, ladies vanity and master bath with make-up mirror and a wall-hung hair dryer.
The guest bedroom (12 by 12 feet) with balcony has two twin beds, TV, VCR, a large eight foot closet and its own bathroom.
Our favorite room is the large and impressive living room with its 10 foot ceilings. It measures 16 by 24 feet and has an attached large terrace that overlooks a peaceful lake. It has a 32 inch TV, VCR/DVD and a Stereo/CD system for your entertainment enjoyment.
The fully equipped Eat-In Kitchen has a breakfast table for four, all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and disposal. Additionally it contains the laundry closet with a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer.
The roomy formal dining room seats six comfortably and overlooks the great sunden living room.
Just outside your door - "Our House at the Beach" offers all the amenities you expect and more. Relax and enjoy the sun beside the beautiful turquoise (heated) pool or shade yourself in the large open gazebo/club house. Grab you tennis rackets and enjoy a game of tennis on our two private tennis courts adjacent to the pool.(Or just relax and read on your own terrace overlooking the lake).
