TERMS & CONDITIONS:  A reservation/security/damage deposit of £100 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.  The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fifteen (15) days of departure provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to the lodge or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Any breakages or damage is recorded in the lodge damage book and details emailed to the owner.
c. No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
d. All keys are returned to Reception on departure.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

We reserve the right not to accept bookings from single sex parties in accordance with Park regulations.

SHORT BREAKS may be available, minimum 3 nights weekend (e.g. Fri, Sat, Sun) or 4 nights mid-week (e.g. Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs).

The period of your stay is as follows: Arrival from 4.00pm. Departure by 10.00am.
Please try to arrive before 8.00pm. We regret that we cannot accept arrivals after 10.00pm.
Please collect and deliver keys to reception.

The number of persons permitted to stay in the lodge must not exceed four. Infants under two are not required to be counted as members of the party. Only named people on your Booking Form can occupy the lodge and anyone not listed may be asked to leave the Park.
