• “La Farrell” sends a lease certification. In relation with that, 50 % of total price (included extra costs) becomes due (we expect You to pay the invoice within 3 days);
• The rest payment and security deposit, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa, must be paid to to the owner of the villa latest 8 weeks before arrival;
• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;
• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
