Only rent price shall be paid by bank transfer. Extra costs and safety deposit (2500 euro) shall be paid to the representative of the owner on arrival in cash. Safety deposit will be paid back on departure after the owner checks the villa and reassure that there were no damages in the villa and all duties are paid.

• The rest of the lease price, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival;
• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;
• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
