The apartment totally restored has a living room with an old fireplace,the kitchen fully equipped, two double bedroom and two bathroom.

 

Nice privat terrace corner living x lunch or dinner.The apartment is provided of TV SAT, Air conditioner, WI-FI connection, Linen,with weakly change,wash machine dish washer, iron etc..

 

The apartment( 160sqmt)confortable for 4+1 on request an additional room for 2 with bathroom all around a large garden 2000sqmt will guest you with BBQ wood oven hammok etc...At the end of the garden the new salt swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa wait for you at the sunset for a welcome Happy Hour and just to relax with a good glass of wine

that are all around with a very short distance about 30 min by car you can visit: Perugia. Orvieto, Arezzo, Cortona,Castiglion del Lago,Assisi....and many others. Rome and Florence are easly reachble by train in just about 1 hour you arrive in down town  with no problem of traffic or parking
