The brand new self-catering property sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Swimming pool, balcony with barbeque and parking. Kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Spa bath and shower. In a quiet area between the town and the sea, the apartment is close to transport links and within easy walking distance ( 10 minutes) of the sea, old town and marina with shops, bars and restaurants.

Rental Rates for Vacation Rental Apartment in Lagos Town, Algarve

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Payment terms

All rates are in Euros. A 25% deposit is required within 10 days of booking, the balance to be paid 30 days before booking date. A refundable damage deposit of €200 is requested on payment of the balance. Paypal, cheques and internet bank transfers are accepted.

Maid service on departure, all we ask is that any dishes are washed. Linen and towels are included.

Four sandy beaches and two cliff walks all within 10 minute walk with cafes, bars and restaurants. Old town, shops and marina for boat trips are a 15 minute walk. There are 4 world-class golf courses all within a short drive and the area is very popular with golfers in Autumn and Spring. Big-game fishing trips from the marina.Popular with golfers and families,Lagos is a Medieval Town and harbour with sightseeing, beautiful beaches, night-life and activities available for any taste. Boat cruises, deep-sea fishing and 4 world-class golf courses within a short drive, as is the zoo and water park. Easy access to Sagres, the most western tip of Europe, and a couple of hours travel takes you to Lisbon and also Seville, over the border in Spain.
