Each accomodation has a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, TV Sat, ski-room with key and... a large and panoramic balcony with a wonderful view of the Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage site.
Our guests have free access to all internal and external property amenities: indoor pool, Finnish sauna, UVA solarium, fitness area, bowl camp, tennis table, outdoor area and games room for children, private garden with chairs and deckchairs, barbecue, etc.
The residence has indoor bar, restaurant with tavern, lift, laundry/ironing rooms, private parking and free shuttle for moving on site (towards the skilift or in center village).
For unforgettable moments of relaxation there is a typical "stube corner” with comfortable benches and large video LCD. On request (optional) you can make beauty treatments, personalized massages, horseback riding and hiking trails of varying type and difficulty.
We guarantee the transparency of price lists, there are no surcharges payable locally and they always include:
- all consumption of the accomodation (electricity, water and heating)
- bed linen, replaced each week
- bath linen, replaced twice a week
- kitchen linen, replaced twice a week
- an appreciated daily maid service (excluded kitchenette)
- final cleaning and reorganization of the accomodation.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Cancellations are accepted only in written form (letter, telegram, fax or email).
Penalties are listed below:
- 30% of the rental from 30° to 21° day before the beginning of stay
- 50% of the rental from 20° to 9° day before the beginning of stay
- 75% of the rental from 10° to 4° day before the beginning of stay
- 100% of the rental from 3° day before the beginning of stay or "no-show"
The reservation becomes binding for the Agency only after receipt of deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. In the computation of periods of stay the number of days is equal to the number of nights. Upon receipt the amount we send to Customers:
- confirmation letter
- lease, to be returned completed attaching a copy of a valid ID.
The balance of the agreed amount must be received at least 15 days before arrival. Upon receipt the amount we send to Customers:
- rental voucher to be presented at check-in
- invoice of the amounts paid
- any informations sheet with some informations about the area.
If the stay is booked within 15 days of the start of the period is required directly the balance.
