The capacity of the apartment is 4 adults plus one or two children.
The apartment is located in one of the best quarters of the capital, 4 km. from the airport and 2 km. from the city center. It is situated on the 5th floor of a luxury building, a recent construction (2007), with a guardian, a lift, a panoramic terrace on the roof with a splendid view over the city, a supermarket and other small shops on the ground floor.
The apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small balcony with a beautiful view over the district and the Vitosha mountain.
The first room includes a living area with a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
The second room, separated into two parts by a cupboard, represents the bedroom with a double bed and a child’s corner with a single bed.

The capital of Bulgaria is still one of the cheapest cities in Europe to visit.
Within a small distance from the apartment, there are three very modern and luxurious malls (including Carrefour). One of it is the biggest on the Balkans, Serdika Mall, and is situated within a 700 meters distance. There you have the opportunity to shop for world famous brands, all at very affordable prices.
A few meters from the apartment you will find some pizzerias and other restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere and of incredibly small prices (large pizza for 5-6 Euros, a big beer for t 1-2 Euros, service included).
There is a delicious French pastry at 500 meters from the building.
The taxi to the city center costs not more than 2-3 euros.
The neighborhood disposes also of a park (500 meters from the building) for walking, jogging and sport (brand new fitness area, free of charge), as well as children’s playgrounds.
