On the ground floor of the villa you will find the living room with a very large ambilight TV with with free to air channels and the benefit of two computers with unlimited internet access. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and 3 sofas each sitting 3 persons plus an armchair. 

The remainder of the ground floor consists of 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have fans and there is air conditioning in the living room.

The top floor consists of a round shower room, a single bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a study room leading out on to the top terrace (42sqm) with fantastic views.

Further details outdoors:
Outside you have a fully covered terrace to protect you from the sun located underneath the villa which is cool throughout the summer with a running machine if you would like to exercise and a punch bag. The swimming pool measures 7x 3m and was designed with children in mind so at the shallow end it is 1 metre deep and extends to 1.7 metres at the further end.

There is a sunbathing terrace by the pool and a garden area. In the summer you are welcome to eat the figs from the fig trees. For outside dining use the patio located just outside the entrance door. At the side and rear there is a further paved area, perfect for children to play safely or to use as an additional sunbathing area.

There is always easy on street parking for more than one car just outside the walled entrance to the villa.
