The entrance opens into an attractive hallway, a typically spanish marble staircase leads to the upstairs accommodation and rooftop solarium while off the hallway, the lounge, with ample seating for a full house is the focal point of this lovely home. Patio doors give access to the back terrace complete with table and chairs, BBQ and sunloungers, ideal for easy outdoor living. Open plan to the living areas, the dining kitchen is, light and airy, fully equipped and features traditional black granite work surfaces. Also downstairs and off the lounge a bedroom and bathroom complete the accommodation on the ground floor. Upstairs all the rooms are well proportioned, two bedrooms, with ample storage space, share a further bathroom. The master bedroom is perfectly complimented by a sunny terrace from where steps lead onto the solarium which featues spectacular views.

Payment to be made by bank transfer or paypal - 10% upon booking and 90% 6 weeks prior to rental.
Deposits
We request a refundable deposit of £200 or USD equvalent for any breakages, to be paid a minimum of 6 week prior to rental.
Cleaning Service
There is a one off cost £20 or USD equvalent for linen change and cleaning on vacation of Holiday Rental per week.

With sweeping views towards the coast and the Cabo De Gata natural park, Casa La Roca is peacefully situated on the outskirts of Lucainena yet only a 3 minute walk from the community pool and sports facilities.
The village is steeped in history and is only about 25 minutes drive from the beautiful coastal town of Agua Amarga and the historic city of Almeria. It has many amenities including a large municipal pool and tennis courts, floodlit football pitches, a shop and a number of restaurants and bars.
