Each apartment is self-contained with own facilities including a private outdoor living space.
The accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, comprising of a modern kitchen with pretty dining area, a cosy living area including flat screen digital TV with USB, family bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, bathroom with bath/shower over and wash basin, separate WC. A single or double sofa bed in the living area provides additional/alternative sleeping arrangements. The living area can be separated from the rest of the apartment with curtains, effectively creating a second bedroom.
A private fenced patio area and garden can be found directly in front of the apartment, furnished for outdoor dining and with panoramic mountain views. Further bench seating, suitable seat cushions, a parasol, sun loungers and a Grill are at your personal disposal.
The open garden area and general grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the the shared enjoyment of all guests. A purpose built play area with swing and climbing frame is provided for your children's pleasure.
A guest car park is at your disposal, also secure bicycle stands and a Ski Room.
Wifi is available for free throughout the property.
The hosts also offer a washing and drying service. Clothes horse and pegs can be found in each apartment. An iron and board is available upon request.
A cot and/or high chair can be provided at no additional cost.
Use of the hosts lockable garage for the storage of bicycles and motorcycles can be granted by prior arrangement.

Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria. Every guest of Haus Bellevue between June and October will receive a personal holiday card for the duration of their stay. The LungauCard entitles you to free or discounted admission to numerous excursion destinations, natural wonders, attractions, outdoor activities, museums, wellness centres, swimming pools, mountain lifts and much more throughout the Lungau.
The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation time, enjoying little in the way of mass tourism and promoting a wonderful friendly atmosphere throughout.

Additional Information About Rental Rates:
All stays are subject to an additional one-off End Cleaning fee to the sum of 70 Euro.
Tourist Tax is an additional cost charged by the authorities at a rate of 2,30 Euro per Person and night. The rate is only applicable for those of 15 years and over.

Cancellation fees are based on the minimum occupancy price (price for 2 people) regardless of your group size.
Prices include all utilities, bed linen and towels. Guests staying between June and October each year will also receive a free holiday card for the duration of their stay, providing discounted or free access to numerous sights and attractions in the Lungau.
The nightly rate is based on a standard occupancy of up to 2 people. Each additional person up to the maximum of 5 people will be charged at a nominal rate of 15,- Euro per person and night.
