The Yellow House is a family home, completely remodeled in 2011, with all the modern comforts, swimming pool, garden, a barbecue area with outside dining and seating area. The house is large and allows to accommodate 16 people, having two lounges, a dining room, a games room, 6 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 4 bathroom with shower, an outside toilet and 2 kitchens. It's ideal for families with play areas for everyone, allowing to enjoy both the beach and the mountains (2.5 km away).
Sintra (World Heritage Site) is only 10 min away, where you have Sintra Palace, Pena Palace, Castle of the Moors, etc. Nearby (15 min) you have several high quality golf courses, like Penha Longa, Estoril Golf Club, Quinta da Beloura, Belas, Quinta da Marinha, Oitavos Dunes (one of the top 100 courses in the world) and many others. It's located in the coastal zone, in Colares, Sintra, on the main boulevard leading to the beaches of Praia das Macas (Apples Beach), Praia Grande (World Bodyboard Championship), Azenhas do Mar, Aguda, Magoito and others.
It’s easily accessible by car and by public transportation, including the famous historic tram that connects Sintra to Praia das Macas.
