This is a two bedroom apartment. It has a large terrace outside for 'al fresco' dining with wonderful views of the mountains. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard with wooden beams. Where possible stone walls have been left exposed. This apartment has large windows and high ceilings throughout giving it a spacious and airy feel. It faces northwest and remains cool even in summer. The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. The living area contains a dining suite for six and two sofas large enough to seat six (one is a sofa bed). There is satellite TV, a small stereo system and DVD player. A small wood burning stove will heat the flat on cool evenings, for the winter there is a full central heating system. The bathroom to the main bedroom is en suite.
The apartment is part of an old stone farmhouse sensitively restored. Where possible old stone work has been left exposed and traditional architecture adhered to. The house is located in a small hamlet near Sarnano. It sits atop a small hill with stunning views of the mountains and the surrounding woodland and fields. The surrounding woodland offers opportunities for short strolls or even mountain biking. The apartments are on the ground floor of the farmhouse with their own entrances and outdoor space with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Both apartments face the mountains and are surrounded by a large two tiered garden for the sole use of guests. The garden is mostly laid to grass with some terracing and flower beds. There are plenty of sun loungers available. There is a wash room equipped with washing machine, sink and iron for guests to use. We also have a small library of games, books and DVDs..
