In a placefull enviroment in Vila Nogueira de Azeitao, surronded by the Arrabida Moutain, we have this beautiful and charming house, 25 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from several and beautiful beaches. Surronded by a spectacular garden a huge pool of original format involves the house. With a beautiful decor this house is appropriate for a family and can receive a maximum of up to 6 people providing a very pleasant an unforgettable vacations.At the request of the guests it is possible to serve gourmet meals and fine portugueses cuisine. However the house have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. In the garden you can make a barbecue or you can enjoy junping to the pool or playing table football, darts, badminton, Ping pong, basketball or go to the field play Voleyball. Fabulous beaches in 10-15 minutes: Troia, Figueirinha, Sesimbra, Galapos, Arrabida, Meco (naturist beach). 7 minutes is the GOLF course in Quinta do Peru with 18 goles. Enjoy our specialities: Cheese of Azeitao, Azeitao tortas ( cake),and our region wine (one of the best portugueses wine) Lisbon airport is situated 25 minutes drive by highway from the location of the property. .

50% with the delivery of key at the check-in (cash payment.)
A damage deposit of $150 can be asked and will be returned in the day of departure if there are no damages.

For short stays of 2 nights, we have the right to request the total ammount to be transferred to our bank account at once. This is valid also for seasons of special events, like Easter, Christmas time, New Year, Carnival, etc. Booking will not be confirmed until the owner's receive the pre-payment ammount and sends to the client a confirmation email
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.
