Have a relaxing vacation at our recently renovated, tropical Key Colony Beach Half duplex. Fully furnished and equipped for all your vacation needs. 30ft of dockage at your doorstep with quick ocean or bay access. Nice shady patio to enjoy watching boats go by. 2 bedrooms 2 bath and full kitchen. Rental includes access to private beach club at end of our street where there is a beach, heated pool, bar and restaurant.

Area Information :

Located in prestigious Key Colony Beach where there is a marina, dive shop, charter boats. Key Colony Beach also has 3 great restaurants, a 9 hole golf course and tennis courts. There are bike trails and a beautiful Sunset Park. There are also many excellent restaurants in Marathon as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, and gift shops. We are located approximately 1 hour from Key West and 2.5 hours from Miami International Airport. There are tourist attractions such as a Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock. Also, the 7 mile bridge with a pedestrian bridge is very close by.
