Truckee Golf courses are BOOMING! In the next few years there are several brand spankin' new courses scheduled for completion. If you haven't had a chance to play Old Greenwood, the new Jack Nicholas signature course, it is certainly worth the trip.
In addition to Old Greenwood, Truckee has three other championship courses to choose from as well as the nine hole executive course, Ponderosa Golf Course. Coyote Moon which opened for play in 2000 will challenge golfers of all levels.
One of the most unique designs in the area is Northstar-at-Tahoe which offers nine holes in the Martis Valley meadows and nine holes on the mountain side of the resort ,making for some interesting shots to say the least!.
The third championship course in Truckee is Tahoe Donner which is one of the longest and most challenging in the area. Without a doubt the variety of Truckee golf courses will satisfy the most discriminating golfer's needs.
