ICON luxury modern condos in 3 towers on the beach in the Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. ICON Vallarta was created by the world renowned designer YOO by Philippe Starck. There are 3 pools including a 400 feet infinity edge pool with a spectacular deck. The complex is central to many attractions including a grocery store just outside the complex and a hospital is just 5 minutes away. The complex has 24 hour security, elevators, on site gourmet restaurant, beach bar and grill, 20 seat exclusive state of the art theatre, full business center with WiFi, ocean front gym and full spa, small library, concierge in each tower lobby, private golf course privileges, covered parking garage. There is private access to 1000 feet of beach.
This corner luxury modern one bedroom condo has a wrap around terrace with glass railings and floor to ceiling energy efficient windows overlooking Marina Vallarta and the Sierra Madre mountains with a side view to the pool and beach. Sit out in the morning with your coffee and watch the ocean liners come in and at night sit out with your favorite beverage and watch them leave Marina Vallarta. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. There are roller blinds throughout this condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with an ice maker, glass cook-top, built-in wall oven and microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all the small appliances, pots, dishes and glassware to entertain 6 people. The dining table seats 6. The terrace patio set seats 4. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD, CD. There is original modern art work in the condo.
The bedroom has a quilt top king mattress with box springs. Besides the regular roller blinds, there are black out blinds. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Good quality linens and towels are supplied and a hair dryer. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a separate closet in the bathroom.

- 50% of total rental payable within 7 working days of booking to hold reservation.
- Balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Some owners require balance sooner than 30 days especially during the holidays. You will be advised of any variation from the 30 day balance due.
- If your reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the rental will be due within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation between 60 and 120 days prior to arrival: 80% of deposit is refundable.
- Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless the property is rebooked for the EXACT period in which case all monies received will be refunded less 20% administrative charge.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund. However, in the event Vallarta Bookings is able to re-rent the Property for the period cancelled a full refund will be made less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation of ANY RESERVATION OVER A HOLIDAY (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter and Mexican Semana Santa) is non-refundable unless the property is rebooked for the EXACT period in which case all monies received will be refunded less 20% administrative charge.
- There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather related situations, mechanical failure, earthquake, golf conditions, etc.
- Cancellation for hurricane, earthquake or any natural disaster or any other non controllable situations such as but not limited to construction in the area, unusual noise or other disturbances are non-refundable. Please take out Trip Cancellation Insurance.

In winter, our high season, we have whale watching and Wednesday night Art Walks.
During the year we have day cruises on the Bay of Banderas, dinner cruises on the pirate ship or Rhythms of the Night to Caletas Beach on the south shore. There is deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, sailing; golfing on 7 courses in the Bay of Banderas; canopy tours, ATV tours, hiking, biking, horseback riding, day tours of the city and Bay of Banderas; tours to San Sebastian del Oueste, Mascota, Tequila and Guadalajara. We have the Naval Museum in downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Botanical Gardens south of the city. Of course, we have shopping, shopping, shopping!!!!!!
Puerto Vallarta has many restaurants to please the most discerning palate or try our taco stands or anything in between. There are many bars and discos for the young and the young at heart. Vallarta has so much to offer in this little piece of paradise on earth.
