GENERAL POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
Mahalo for staying with Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc.

9 am - 6 pm (HST) Monday - Friday
10 am - 5 pm (HST) Saturday and Sunday & Holidays
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: Standard Check-In time is at 3:00 pm. Exceptions are made for those who have paid for an early Check-In. All keys are issued on the day of check-in from our office in Waikiki located at:
Wailana at Waikiki Building, Suite #416, (4th Floor)
1860 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu, Hawaii 96815
The total amount (rent, taxes, cleaning fees & any other charges) is due at check-in and is paid directly to:
Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc.
We accept Cash, Traveler’s checks, Cashiers checks, Money orders, and all major Credit Cards.
(We DO NOT accept Local and/or Out of State Checks.)
**For Credit Card Payment, the following non-cash transaction fees will apply:
Visa + MasterCard = 3%, Discover = 3.5 %, Amex, JCB, and all others = 4.4%
Late arrivals can be accommodated after regular office hours on both, weekdays & weekends. There will be a $30.00 Late Check-In Fee for late arrivals before 12:00 midnight , or $40.00 for arrivals after 12:00 midnight. Please call us upon your arrival to the Honolulu International Airport at either (808) 949-4505 (During regular office hours), or call (808) 429-9918 (after office hours only), for more detailed check-in instruction information.
NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NOT APPLIED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AND WILL BE RETAINED UNTIL:
1) Check out has been done at the end of your stay.
2) The unit has been cleaned and inspected by our Cleaners
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Check-out time is at 12 noon. Exceptions are made for those who have paid for a late Check-Out. The day prior to check-out please call our office with your departure time from condo unit. On the day of check-out please leave all keys and parking passes issued in the unit and lock the door behind you.
REVISIONS: Revision fees may vary based on: length of stay, nature of revision, season and length of time between revision and the scheduled check-in date. Please call our staff for more information on this.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will incur at least a minimum of a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days of notice prior to check-in, are subject, but not restricted to, the following penalties:
*100% of deposit (or up to full amounts of payments collected).
**Penalties for cancellations during the Winter Season (December 1st through April 1st) can vary depending on: length of reservation, length of time between cancellation and scheduled check-in date. The standard cancellation policy for this time period is as follows: 90 days or more - 50% of Deposit, 90 days or less - 100% of Deposit (or up to full amounts of payments collected).
***A no-show will automatically incur a forfeiture of all deposits and or rents received by Hawaiian Condo Resorts Inc.
****All reservations made by phone and in person, secured by deposit without inspecting the unit are deemed to be acceptable by the party(s) making the reservation.
DEPOSIT REFUND: Upon satisfactory inspection of the units rented and return of all keys and parking passes issued, deposits will be available for refund, as early as following day but no later than 14 days after check-out . All deposits made by credit card will be credited to the account number received at the time of reservation. For cash or checks received as deposits, we will mail the refund to the address on file.
Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary. Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. will not be liable for any injury, damage, irregularity or delay. Revised 6/25/11
