Magical Vacation Rentals is part of the Resort Rental Management Team along with Orlando Vacation Rentals. We specialize in pool homes, townhouse and condos in the Disney area.
TRIP INSURANCE
Remember To Pack Your Travel Insurance! Whether it's a large family reunion or a romantic vacation for two, when you're planning your next trip, don't forget to pack your travel insurance. Vacations can be full of surprises. We provide coverage through Travel Guard.
RESERVATIONS
A $250.00 nonrefundable deposit plus a separate payment for the reservation fee is necessary to confirm each reservation. All unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled if not received within the (14) day grace period. Your confirmation will state the home reserved, dates of the reservation, reservation number, and balance due.
FINAL PAYMENTS
The balance due total (including tax, and damage/security deposit, pool and spa heat) will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date. You may pay by personal check if payment is received in our office 60 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival date, only certified funds or cash or credit card can be accepted.
CAPACITY
Occupancy is strictly limited to “head in bed” rule unless otherwise noted. Children are counted in the occupancy number. However, infants in cribs are not.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4:00PM.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00 AM and must be adhered to in order to allow the cleaning teams enough time to ready the home for the next guests. Please remember to remove all garbage from the home and place it either in the receptacle provided or the recycle bin, whichever is appropriate. Please remove all food from the refrigerator. Make sure dishes are washed and put away. Failure to do so could result in and additional cleaning charge which would be deducted from your damage/security deposit. Last but not least, make sure doors and windows are locked.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
All homes require mandatory damage/security Insurance of $45.00, paid at time of final payment. Some owners require monetary deposits and that will Deposit will be returned to you within forty-five days of your departure date, providing no damages were incurred during your stay. Deposits may be used to repair damages, replace missing contents, or to reimburse owner/agent for expenses resulting from agreement violations. Please report any problems or damage in your home to the homeowner the day of your check-in. If not reported, we must assume these occurred during your occupancy. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED. It is at our owners discretion to have us take the larger policy on your vacation and in that case the cost is $69 to you.
CLEANING
We trust that each property will be treated as if it were your own. We are pleased to be able to provide departure cleaning which is included in the rental rate on weekly rentals only. Please take care of the property during your stay and leave property in satisfactory condition so that we can prepare it for our next guests.
TAXES
The State of Florida requires that we collect tax and Polk County accommodation tax on all fees and charges. Although subject to change, the total tax is currently 12%
For Properties located in Kissimmee the total tax is 13%.
TELEPHONES
All vacation homes have telephones for your convenience. Please do not place or accept any calls or charges to the property phone. Noncompliance will result in a deduction of charges from your damage/security deposit.

REPAIRS AND SERVICE CALLS
One of the luxuries of staying in our neighborhood is that most of our homes are relatively new, most with all new appliances under warranty services. However, we cannot guarantee that breakdowns will not occur. Please report any problems with appliances, air conditioning, etc. to your property manager immediately. We will make every effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE DUE TO FAILURE OF AIR CONDITIONING OR OTHER APPLIANCES. If it is discovered that the equipment is inoperable due to the negligence of the renter, the payment for the service call will be deducted from your security/damage deposit.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
No refunds will be made due to inclement weather. However, Magical Vacation Rentals will be offering the option to purchase trip cancellation insurance. It will automatically be added in your reservation. If you do not choose to take the trip cancellation insurance you must opt not to purchase it and then must deduct it from your TOTAL BALANCE DUE. Please be advised that if you choose not to purchase trip cancellation insurance and you are required by mandatory evacuation to leave your vacation rental, Magical Vacation Rentals will not be responsible for refunding any monies to you.
