Additional Information About Rental Rates:

Important Rental Information

Magical Vacation Rentals is part of the Resort Rental Management Team along with Orlando Vacation Rentals. We specialize in pool homes, townhouse and condos in the Disney area.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

At the time of booking $250 down payment is due on your reservation unless booking date is 60 days or closer to arrival date, then 100% payment is due at the time of booking. Final payment on your booking is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you have a credit card on file, this will be automatically charged unless prior arrangements are made. Please be sure to review your reservation for accuracy, including check-in and check-out dates.

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit Cards, Money Orders, Electronic Funds or Electronic Checks are accepted. There is a $50.00 fee plus collection costs for all returned or rejected Electronic Checks.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellation of a booking by the client must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges:

·        From 6 – 8 Weeks Prior to Arrival Date = 50% loss as cancellation fee

·        From 4 – 6 Weeks Prior to Arrival Date = 75% loss as cancellation fee

·        4 Weeks or Less Prior to Arrival Date or No Show = 100% loss as cancellation fee

·        Please note you also have the right to one date change subject to availability and Magical Orlando Resorts discretion.

If you need to cancel and are able to notify us over 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will be more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation. No refunds will be given if guests elect to leave their property early.

 

RATES:

Rates, terms and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. In the event of emergency or other unforeseeable circumstances with your reserved home, we reserve the right to move Guest up to 30 days in advance to a comparable property or refund the Guest the amount paid.

 

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE:

If applicable, the required purchase of Accidental Rental Damage Protection Insurance covers unintentional, accidental and reported damages to the rental unit interior that may occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500.00.

Any damages that exceed $1,500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, a Guest causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1,500.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Rental Unit Damage Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Travel Guard to pay directly to our company any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Rental Unit Damage Protection Insurance.

 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION:

I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, that an email of this agreement will serve as an original, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after the rental is vacated.

I understand that a $275.00 security deposit will be processed on my card 7-10 days prior to my arrival as a condition of my booking. This authorization automatically releases granting no additional charges are necessary to my card for damages or other additional or incidental charges.

Additional/Incidental charges may include: Unauthorized long distance telephone usage; Satellite TV charges; Excessive cleaning fees; Damages beyond normal wear and tear and unreturned keys. All charges not covered under the Damage Protection Insurance may be included.

 

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

The rental period begins at 4:00 p.m. on Arrival Date and terminates at 10:00 a.m. on Departure Date, unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check ins or late departures will incur an extra charge ranging from $45.00 to a Full Night’s Rental Costs with taxes & applicable fees. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.

 

DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES:

Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the property management office immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the property management office to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to:

·        No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens

·        No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other units.)

·        All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers

·        All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher

·        Maximum occupancy of the unit is not exceeded

·        There was no smoking or evidence of smoking

·        Unit is left in neat condition

·        No Pets or evidence of pet are in unit unless you are in a pet approved property with our prior knowledge.

If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact the property management office immediately. We will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return home. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. We aim to resolve complaints within a two month period from receipt, the details of which will be kept confidential to only the parties involved. Please note that as Florida is a tropical State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The vacation property is treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control program, and is cleaned after each rental.

 

NO SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed. Evidence of smoking in the home may result in charges to the credit card on file for extra cleaning and fumigation.

 

SEVERE WEATHER:

We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We suggest Vacation Travel Insurance during the hurricane seasons.

 

PET POLICY:

Magical Orlando Resorts has a NO PET Policy
$250 fee will be charged if there is any report of pets in a Unit. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Service Animals are not considered ‘Pets’. Any guests requiring service animals to accompany them are required to present necessary documentation for the service animal.

An extra PET cleaning fee of $ 150+tax applies. Accidental Damage Insurance and a $300 security deposit is required. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag if staying in a Pet Friendly Unit. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM DEDUCTION OF $50 FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. A $150 fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. Guest pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Guest pet policies and unit availability are subject to change per county and association rules and regulations at any time. 

COMMUNITY RULES:

Guest agrees to abide by rules of the Community or HOA that their vacation rental home is located in. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. Please ensure all guests in your party follow the applicable Community Rules to avoid termination of the rental period with no refunds.

 

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

GUEST assures us that the tenants in their party will observe all Terms and Conditions of this agreement as to maintaining the rental in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a non-offensive manner to their neighbors.

GUEST acknowledges that as a term of this reservation, a State of Florida Guest Registration Form is required to be signed and return to Magical Orlando Resorts prior to the release of their arrival and check-in details.

GUEST assures that any tenant in their party that violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant's guest(s).

GUEST agrees that any tenant in their party that is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. All illicit, illegal and/or questionable behavior will be addressed immediately resulting ejection from their rental property, no refund of rental monies and prosecution by local law enforcement agencies.

GUEST and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises.

GUEST agrees that during the term of this agreement and such further time as he/she occupies the premises, he/she will keep the rental clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste; and all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing and other equipment and fixtures in the same condition as at the beginning of, or may put in during the term of the agreement, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception.

GUEST agrees to indemnify and save our company harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises by the GUEST, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises.

We accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays, or cancellations, airport closures, loss of luggage, adverse weather conditions, fire flood, or industrial dispute.

We cannot accept any liability for failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, Internet or breakdown of the air conditioning system. Nor for the consequences of the action or omissions of persons who may control or supply main services, or any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control.

We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the vacation property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions. Whenever possible, valuables should be left secure and out of sight.

Your vacation safety and comfort is first and foremost, therefore, it is necessary to create and enforce the above policies. Should you have any questions regarding any of these policies, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
