Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Terms and Conditions
Magical Orlando Resorts is a rental company not a property management company. We do not have discretion to make improvements or repairs on behalf of the homeowner. The home is the sole responsibility of the owner.
• Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• During the holiday season, check-in days must be before or after December 25th
• Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 years of age or older and holds the credit card.
• By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
• All of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only. Should you smoke in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee applied.
• There is a No Pet Policy unless your specific home has approved it and you have paid the pet fees. If a pet is brought into a non-pet friendly home you will be asked to leave and no money will be refunded.
• Do not tamper or unlock owner closets.
• Tax not included in nightly rates
• Pool heat is an option.
• Cleaning – While our guests are not expected to clean the home, it is your responsibility to leave it in a tidy and acceptable standard. Unacceptable is defined a leaving the home different from check in. This includes but not limited to moving furniture, leaving behind large quantities of personnel possessions or trash, not cleaning up vomit or other bodily fluids.
• If a house sustains damage and is not left in an acceptable standard upon checkout, as defined by the management company, the guests are legally responsible to refund the management company or owner for the expense in rectifying the problems. It is in the terms and conditions of your credit card to be debited for this amount. Upon request the management company will furnish the guests with invoices for work done.
• Cleaning will be assessed on the size of the home for any stay less than 6 days..
Payment Terms and Conditions:
• A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
• All rates are plus 13% tax or 12% tax based on location
• There is a one-time cleaning fee for stays less than 6 nights.
• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, personal & certified checks as well as money orders, PayPal and Bank Transfers.
• There is an Accidental Damage Fee for each reservation. This is a damage waiver that will cover accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The Administrative Fee covers our administrative costs for the reservation. If you make a change to your reservation, there will be an additional non-refundable fee ($20), which will be charged at the time of the change. No changes can be made within 60 days of your arrival
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is available at 7% of your total and offered through Travel Guard Insurance must be purchased prior to your 60 day final payment. Magical Orlando Resorts recommends guests purchase trip insurance if concerned about possible interruption or cancellation of trip. Trip Insurance payment is taken at the time the reservation is processed. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact Travel Guard at 1-877-235-7046.
Magical Orlando Resorts does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to any persons or their personal property. Neither does Magical Orlando Resorts accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise or plumbing. Nor will Magical Orlando Resorts accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond its control.
Cancellation Policy:
• The 20% rental deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel and are able to notify us 8 weeks in advance we will more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation.
• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies, and any claims must be taken up with the travel insurance company, if a policy was purchased.
• Any reservation that has been cancelled and reinstated is subject to a $50 reinstatement fee, to be charged at time of reinstatement.
Property Availability:
In the unlikely event that the property you reserve becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of our control or the property is no longer available through Magical Orlando Resorts, we will make every attempt to move your reservation to a comparable property. If it is not possible to relocate guest, Magical Orlando Resorts will not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.
Hurricane Policy:
Magical Orlando Resorts does not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation or delayed travel due to tropical occurrences, you are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance at the time of booking (or at least 60 days prior to arrival; trip insurance may not be purchased after final payment has been made). Trip Insurance is 7% of your reservation total, and offers a comprehensive cancellation and interruptions policy which can protect you not only in event of weather related storms, but sudden emergencies as well. The peak season for tropical activity is August through October, and Magical Orlando Resorts strongly encourages all guests to purchase trip insurance, especially during these months.
Pool / Spa Terms and Conditions:
• For homes with a pool and/or spa, if you would like pool heat added to your reservation, please contact our reservations team. Additional charges will apply.
• If you have requested to not have pool heat, but would now like it added, please contact us prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24 hours to heat from the time turned on.
• Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Magical Orlando Resorts, its vendors and the homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/spa is not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater. Magical Orlando Resorts will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
Consumable Items
In making your reservation with Magical Orlando Resorts, you understand that your vacation will be self-catering in nature. We do not provide consumables items. We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom at the beginning of your vacation. These will not be renewed. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide items such as washing up liquid, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.
Parking Terms for Oversized Vehicles:
If you need parking for recreational vehicles (RVs), trailers or buses during your stay, please contact us in advance of your arrival to assist in making arrangements, 888-863-9543. Parking for oversized vehicles and trailers is not allowed at any property or on neighborhood streets.
Please Note
Under all circumstances, the Owner, the Management Company and their respective Agents joint and several liabilities is limited to the rental price paid. Further Owners and/or Agent of Owners Terms & Conditions might be attached to this agreement and form an integral part of this agreement. This rental agreement is between the owner and the Tenant. Magical Orlando Resorts is acting as a free agent and can't accept any responsibilities out of this document. The owner/manager is solely responsible for home licensing and taxes on payments made to him by Magical Orlando Resorts resulting out of this booking.
