This 3 level private beach house is our family's second home, and due to that, is well cared for.
The beach is just a block, or a 2 minute walk to the public beach access.
You will find everything you need for comfort and privacy with large groups. Sorry, no student groups.
6 bedrooms with one downstairs for those unwilling or unable to climb stairs.
4 king beds, 1 queen, 6 twin, and 3 sofa sleepers all with upgraded matresses and lots of pillows.
7 TV's, most flat-screened, intercom system throughout, free wireless internet
3 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, private heated swimming pool ($30 per day)
Private entrances off decks to bedrooms. Gulfviews are seen from the second and third levels.
3rd level is a private lock-out apartment

Destin is known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village" and was until recently, just a fishing village.
However, the powder-white sands and aqua clear waters have rated the area beaches as some of the top in the country.
Not only is fishing great, but so is the golfing with over 10 top courses within 30 minutes of the house.
The new Destin Commons Mall is 2 blocks away and now offers a Bass Pro Shop, a theatre, and lots of great shopping.
The Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall is 6 miles east and is known as the best destiner, upscaled outlet mall.
The house is also walking distance to bowling, souvenir shops, fine and casual dining, grocery stores and convenience stores.
